This is a bit of a late notice, but anyone who can 'drop everything' and attend, there is the Life, The Universe and Everything Symposium going on today through Saturday at BYU.
This is a free event, and they have some fabulous presenters this year, including Brandon Sanderson, Tracy and Laura Hickman, Brandon Mull and Dave Wolverton.

Wish I could be there!
I can't be there if I want to be ready for the UVU Forum on Children's Literature. I'm finishing up a rewrite on a children's pb ms that I'd like to get a review of. I'm also hoping to finish a chapter book by that time, but that may be unrealistic considering how life is. ;)
